Tympani offers optimization services to assess functionality and performance gaps between the current solution and business objectives so as to ensure that the solution maximizes the desired business results and the investment in network technology. Tympani will assist the client in defining the optimization guidelines. We will review current architecture, processes and configurations. When significant deviations are identified, Tympani will offer optimization recommendations for the current solution which will minimize or eliminate impacts and maximize business results delivery.

We will help the customer assess the effort and business value related to specific optimization opportunities. Assuming the client wishes to pursue the solution, Tympani will confirm a successful test of the optimization approach, and move forward with implementing the solution in the production environment.
